How do I order my repeat prescription?

pill_spill2You can pick the medication you want to order on your computer request slip, hand in your slip at the surgery or post to us with a stamped address envelope.  You can also order online via the link on this page

You will be able to collect your prescription from the surgery 48 hours later. This gives the doctors a chance to carefully check current medication against the requested tablets. It will be available from the surgery but may not be processed by the pharmacist within this timescale.

If you need more medication that you have been prescribed which is not on your computer request slip, complete a request slip at the practice.

Many of the local pharmacies offer a free delivery service, please contact the chemists for further information.

If you have run out and need medication in a hurry, the pharmacies are able to give you a small amount of your medication for a fee to cover their administration costs. This is in line with the Pharmaceutical Society Guidelines.
